この日はランチで浅草橋近くにあるこちらに訪れました。
11:30開店のところ11:25に着くと、もう準備万端のようで快く招き入れて下さいました。
天井がとっても高くて開放感と清潔感のある素晴らしい佇まいです。
ランチは3300円のコースか、1200円のセットランチ。
コースは〆の麺かチャーハンを、セットランチは4種類から選ぶことが出来ます。
この日のセットランチの4種類の中にはちょっと自分的にはそそるものが無く、多少時間にも余裕があったので3300円のコースを〆は炒飯でお願いしてみました。
まず中華冷菜4種盛り合わせ。
牛の脛のソーセージみたいなのとよだれ鶏、クラゲなどでどれも美味しく、こちらのお店のレベルの高さが伺えます。
お次は干しエビと小カブ、新ワカメ入り蒸しスープ。
スープの器が上の方が窄んでる感じで見目麗しいだけでなく、冷めない工夫にもなってるのかもしれません。
そしてとっても優しい味で滋味深くて、この時一番欲してたものかもしれません。
これだけでコースにして良かった〜！って思える一品でした。
ここから3皿、炒め・煮物系が続きます。
スチームホタテのキンモクセイの香り炒め煮、こちらも見た目に綺麗ですし、お皿の形が特徴的。
どちらかというと甘酢あんかけという感じで、キンモクセイの香りは感じませんでしたが(^^;;。
ロメインレタスと腸詰めの炒め、このロメインレタスはかなり美味いですね。
腸詰めはものすごい中華焼豚っぽい味付けでこちらも美味しいですが、ロメインレタスの炒めに合ってるかと言われるとそこはよく分からず(^^;;。
鶏肉の甘酢煮、超濃厚な感じのタレが掛かってますが、お味は結構ソフト。鶏肉のプリンプリンに仕上がってて、これは美味しかったです〜！
チャーハンは豚の角煮が入った感じで、しっとりしているのにパラパラ感もあって、良い塩梅の出来栄えです。そしてこちらもとっても優しい味。
デザートはジャスミンティーゼリーと杏仁豆腐でいずれも手作り感あって美味しかったです。
総じて丁寧に作られている感じが伝わってきますし、一品一品の量が控えめ、コースでも全然腹八分目でスルっと頂けました。
持ってきて頂けるテンポも良くて、コースでも所用30分程度で助かります。
見た目にも綺麗な料理が多いのも嬉しいですね。
味付けの方は全般的に優しめかなとは思うのですが、中にはやや濃いのもあったり、想像以上に薄味のもあったりと、あえての抑揚なのか、ブレなのかは正直分からないのですが、まあ、いずれにしても美味しかったし、デザートまで入れて7皿も頂けて（一皿あたり500円しない事を考えるとコスパも良いと思います）、総じて良きコースでした！
また機会があったら訪れたいと思います。
