ランチに水新菜館であんかけ焼きそば食べたかったんですが、改装か何かで現在夜のみの営業とのこと。
うーん近くでと検索して、とっても評判のお店だったので迷わず行ってみました。
お昼ちょい前なので店内2、3組。これから来るランチピークに備えてる感。テキパキきた熟練っぽいホールの男性達がスマートです。
麺が食べたかったけど、迷って定食に。エビと筍とエリンギのオーロラソース。トイレを借りて戻ったらすぐきました。
まずこのスープ、やばい、高級店だ。味わうともっとびっくり、深い!桜海老の味わいだけでなく、おーちゃんとしたお店でしか味わえないやつ!オーロラソースも付け合わせのザーサイも美味しい!
なんか町中華ばかり行きがちでしたが、高級店の中華って言うんでしょうか、それを1200円で味わえるのは超コスパいいですね!
デザートはジャスミン茶のゼリー、爽やかですっきり。美味しかったです、また来ます!
