2016年9月17日（土）リニューアルオープン |
この日３軒目。西口やきとんやや東口店に向かう途中でこちらのキャッチに捕まる。
まぁ西口やきとんのライバル店だしここでもいいかと入店。
１Ｆが立ち飲みで２Ｆが椅子あり席みたい。
どっちも同じ値段。席料とか掛からないんだったら椅子があった方がいい。
でも１人だったので当然の様に１階へご案内。
メインの焼きトンは１１０円と１６５円の２プライス。
サブのつくば鶏串は１６５円と２２０円の２プライス。
カウンター内の厨房は丸見え。こんな狭い厨房でこの規模の客席を回せるのか？と最初は思った。
でもメニューを見ると串物以外はほぼ作ってあるつまみだったり、数種の炒め物だったり。
これなら何とかなりそう。
店員さんは超フレンドリーです。
いきなり大量の炒め物を作りだしたので大量注文か？と思ったら賄いだった。
そしたらなんと出来立てを客に振る舞い始めた。味見程度の量だったけど嬉しい。
その場で店員さんも客も同じ釜の飯を食う。アットホームな雰囲気だ。

串は炭火で焼かれる。火入れはちょっと強め。ポーション普通。１１０円なら十分安い。
本マグロはブツと書いてあったが通常の刺身状態で。筋がちょっと当たったが、これが本マグロなら安いわ。
お会計の際は端数を切り捨てしてくれるみたい。レシートは貰えなかったよ。
