I wanted to eat well for lunch that day. I went to the store I was aiming for during my tech walk, but it was closed. . Then I remembered that this shop was also a BM, so I went in. Lunch pork shabu-shabu set (normal size) 1,380 yen A plate with pork on top of plenty of green onions and mizuna, a bowl of freshly cooked rice, miso soup and pickles. It is recommended that you let the meat sink slowly and eat it until it is just pink, without overcooking it. When I put it in my mouth with green onions, I was a little surprised at how soft the meat was!
