食べログに参加してみたので一発目のレビューは行きつけのこのお店。
職場が浅草橋ということもあって月に１回か２回お邪魔しています。
１０月に入りまして、お魚の方も夏からバージョンアップしてきました。
だいぶ脂がのってきている魚が増えてます。
この時期から冬いっぱいが一番お寿司がおいしい季節だと思います。
先日伺ったところ、大好きなカワハギwithキモも始まっていたので季節を感じます。
このお店はお魚がおいしいのはもちろんですが、実はシャリが旨いと思っています。
お寿司にはとても重要ですね。
そして必ずなにか一工夫しているところがすばらしいです。
切って握っただけのお寿司とは違います。
魚嫌いの（生臭さが苦手）私が通えるお店ですので間違いなくおいしいはず。
