浅草橋の路地を少し進むと、江戸前 寿し政 別館が静かに待っています。店内は狭いながらも落ち着いた雰囲気があり、板前さんが確かな技で寿司を握っている姿が印象的です。祝日の昼に訪れた際、席は静かでゆっくりと楽しむことができましたが、この店の魅力が平日に人々を引き寄せることは容易に想像できます。
注文した昼の名物「納豆まぶし。」は目の前に運ばれた瞬間から、納豆の風味が鼻をくすぐります。1300円とは思えない豪華な海鮮が乗せられており、中でも納豆が他の海鮮たちと絡み合っている様子は圧巻。烏賊や鮪といった新鮮な海鮮と納豆が予想以上の相性を見せ、その組み合わせの魔法には驚かされました。納豆の独特な風味が海鮮の味を一層引き立て、まるで新たな味の発見のようでした。
さらに別注文した握り鮨の竹も、そのクオリティの高さで忘れられない印象を残しました。特に大間産の鮪は、その味わいの深さで一段と高まる満足感を提供してくれました。
とにもかくにも、この「納豆まぶし。」は納豆好きはもちろん、新しい味の体験を求める方にもぜひとも試してほしい逸品です。
