JRと都営地下鉄の浅草橋駅から徒歩数分の場所。JRの高架線沿いにあるビル2Fにこちらのお店があります。どうやらこの近辺はタイ料理を始めとするエスニック料理が多いみたいですね。
土曜日の12時15分にお店へと着きました。いつも通りの1人で入店。店内は先客1組とだいぶ余裕がありました。土曜日よりも平日の方が賑わうのかも知れませんね。だから日曜が定休なのでしょう。
さて、ランチメニューは定番のタイ料理にサラダとデザートがセットになっているものですね。
初訪問ではまずガパオを注文して様子見をすることが多いのですが、この日は汁物が食べたく、若干チャレンジングなメニューと位置付けているトムヤムラーメンをオーダーしました。麺は米麺にしました。
食べてみての感想、見た目に反してナンプラーの香りが強めでクセを感じましたね。赤みが強いスープの場合は割とスッキリ食べられるものが多いのですが、こちらのものはそう感じました。食べ進めていくうちにもその辺りがかなり気になってしまいました。
あとは1,000円を切る値段はリーズナブルで良いのですが、現金しか使えないのが少しネックだなと感じました。
