木・金曜日だけオープンする、浅草橋の焼き菓子屋さん。その営業日の少なさから「幻の洋菓子店」と言われているそう。
営業日以外はお店の奥でお菓子教室を開催しているそう。
開店5分前の到着で5人目。
開店後には10人以上の行列になっていました。
スタッフが2名で対応してくれます。
ショーケースを眺め、1名に先に商品をオーダーしてお会計。もう1名が奥からお菓子を持ってきて渡してくれます。
⚫︎紅玉リンゴの薄焼きパイ 420円
→カヌレが有名なようですが、せっかくなので季節限定のリンゴの焼き菓子を購入。パイというだけあって、下部は薄めでしっとりとサクサクの間くらい。バターのいい香りがします。
そして上部の紅玉リンゴは甘く煮詰められており、焦げるくらいに焼かれたところが焼きリンゴのようでとても美味しい‼︎
贅沢で豪華ではないけど、それこそお母さんが家族に作るようなシンプルなお菓子でとても美味しかったです。
