初訪です。
3人の女子会利用でした。
夏に疲れた内臓をおでんで労おうとこちらへ。
おでんネタ定番の大根は、頭数1人に1個で注文。
ネタ1つ1つのネタが、比較的小ぶりだったので
色んなネタが食べられました。
おでん出汁、カツオや昆布の和風出汁の
良い香りと共に旨みもガツンとあります。
五臓六腑に染み渡る、癒される出汁。
そして、関東のお醤油色全開の出汁ではなく
関西風の出汁だったのもありがたかったです。
お多幸さんのおでんも、ようやく美味しく
いただけるようにはなったものの、やっぱり
好きなのは関西以西の薄口醬油の出汁。
これで煮たおでん、最高です。
おでんネタとしては、変わり種で
【まるごとトマト】や【揚げもち納豆】【湯葉】
などが美味しかったですね。
日本酒の種類も豊富だったので、おでんと日本酒で
楽しめました。
平日木曜日だったせいか、2時間制に縛られず
ゆったりのびのびと出来て、居心地良かったのも好印象。
ごちそうさまでした！また来ます。
