蔵前橋通りから１本入ったところにある「ホルモン寺」。
あまり良くない噂を聞くことの方が多かったが、物は試しで入店。
テーブル席のみの店内。
綺麗に片付けられている。
しかし、店主が一人で営業しているようで、注文を取りに来るまで間があく。
ランチにメニューは韓国料理系が多く、丼もの、麺類、鍋、定食など15種類ほど。
「ホルモン寺」というからにはホルモンを頼まないと。
ホルモン旨辛炒め定食（980円）をお願いし、ライスを小ビビンバに変更してもらう（＋200円）。
ホルモン旨辛炒め。
ホルモンの量が少なく、まったくホルモンらしさがない。ペラッペラのホルモンが10片ほど。
特に美味しいわけでもなく、「ホルモン」を冠している店、料理としては、いかがなものか。
もやしとキャベツばかりの具材。
そして辛い一辺倒で旨みもかける。
「辛口野菜炒めのホルモン入り」というのが、妥当な品名だろう。
ライスは良い炊き加減で、メインに比べると美味しかったのが救い。
わかめスープは塩気が強すぎる。
噂はその通りだった。
少なくとも、ホルモン旨辛炒めはもう頼まないようにする。
