[Reason for visiting] Today, I was too lazy to find a restaurant (^o^; so I visited the restaurant right next to the site (^^)/ [Time of visit] Thursday, April 5th, around 11:40 (^o^)/ [Previous customers] 0 people (*^_^*) [Item ordered] Stone-grilled bibimbap (*^o^*) [Reason for ordering] I just looked at the menu and made a random choice (*^_^*) [Ready time] About 11 to 12 minutes＼(^o^)／ [Items that came with it] Soup, salad, gochujang (๑'ᴗ'๑) [Service] Large serving of rice and refills (except for rice bowls) are free (≧∇≦*) Now, let's try it m(._.)m I'm here you go [Thoughts after eating] The stone-grilled bibimbap is served in a stone pot, so you need to be careful not to get burned (^∇^) The aroma and flavor of each namul is quite strong, but the texture of each ingredient is a little weak (^-^;) The bibimbap itself is not seasoned, so you just enjoy the taste of the kimchi and the saltiness of the namul (*^^*) The kimchi is a lightly pickled type, so it has a decent depth and richness, and the spiciness is probably okay even for people who don't like spicy food (^o^) When you mix it, the sweetness and richness of the egg are added and it brings the whole thing together (^_^) The rice is cooked to a normal firmness (^-^*) You can occasionally feel the crunch of the burnt rice on the bottom of the pot, but the aroma is a little weak (๑・౩・๑) The soup has a good beef flavor, but I wish it had a little more of a sesame oil aroma (^-^;) The salad was not dressed but had soy sauce on it, so it was a little salty.
