2015年3月の昼食にお邪魔させていただいたお店となります。
この日は昼食時間帯に、なんとなく浅草橋方面に足を向けてみます。
しばらく歩いていて、以前、見かけていたホルモン屋がランチタイムも営業していることを思い出し、そちらに向かいます。
お店の前に着きますと、
黒板に「ランチ限定 お持ち帰りビビンバ ５００円」とのみ記載があります。
他のイートインメニューの記載は見当たらず、
まぁ、テイクアウトしか行っていなくてもいいか、と思い、お店の扉を開けてみることにします。
そうした経緯で、こちら ホルモン寺 さんにお邪魔させていただきました。
店内に入ると、特にフロアの方は見えず、お店の奥に進みます。
お店はキッチンの方１名で運営されているようなので、その方に来店を告げますと、テーブル席に座るように促されます。
店内は、テーブル席の他、掘りごたつ席がありますが、カウンター席はないようです。
席に座りますと、ランチタイム用のメニューブックが置かれているので、そちらに目を通します。

いろいろ種類がありますね。
いくつか気になるメニューはありますが、おしぼりを渡されるタイミングで、
何チゲだろう？と思いつつ、チゲを注文させていただきました。
しばらく待ちます。
水は、テーブルにポットとコップがあるので、自分で注ぎます。
客層は、周辺の会社の方と見える男性グループ・男女グループ・男性ひとり客…といった感じでしょうか。
ほどなくして、料理がトレイに載せられて提供されます。
早速、チゲを頂くことにします。
中辛…とは言え、かなり辛く、私は美味しい、と感じます。
具材は、豆腐・玉子・もやし・ほうれん草？・白菜？…といった感じです。
海鮮系はありませんが、スンドゥブチゲに近い感じでしょうか。
ご飯と合わせ、美味しくいただけました。
ご飯は比較的固めに炊かれています。ご飯は一度、半分のオカワリをいただきました。
サラダはレタスに醤油ドレッシングが掛けられた、シンプルなものです。
味に関しては、特筆すべきことはありません。
食べ終わりましたので、席を立ち、店内中央のレジスペースで会計を済ませます。
お一人で運営されていることもあって、オペレーションに少々雑さが目立ちますが、それは少し仕方ないかな…とも思います。
料理は美味しかったので、お店の外にも、イートインメニューを掲示した方がいいのでは？とは思いました。
