開店30分前に電話で予約しました。
有名なトンテキと、写真が美味しそうだったハンバーグを注文。ごはんセットは別になります。
トンテキは、見た目は濃い味かなと思ったのですが、思いの外、あっさり食べやすいソース。独特のコクがあり、とても美味しいです。お肉も柔らかい上質なポークで脂身まで美味しく頂きました。トンテキは色々食べてきましたが、このソースとトンテキの組み合わせは過去最高だと思います。人気なのも納得の味でした。
ハンバーグは和牛100%。ソースはトンテキと同じく抜群で、お肉もかなり美味しいのですが、個人的にレアがあまり得意ではないので、もう少し焼いてる方がよかったです。上質なビーフなので、本当はレアの方が美味しいんだと思います。
想像と全然違ったのがポテトグラタン。ホワイトソースと平たく切られたポテトを勝手にイメージしていましたが、ポテトはマッシュポテトでソースはデミグラス。マッシュポテトがデミグラスを吸い込んでかなり美味しいです。初めて食べるグラタンでした。
全体的な感想としては、全ての味付けが繊細で見た目も十分美味しそうなんですが、それ以上に美味しいなと思いました。洋食百名店の中でもかなりハイレベルなお店であることは間違いなく定期的に通いたいお店です。
ご主人の接客も非常に心地よく、今回もちょっと手違いがありグラタンの提供が遅れたのですが、お詫びにと角煮をいただきました。これがまた抜群に美味しくて、グラタンの提供が遅れてくれて逆に良かったです。
1人での予約でも全然構わないそうですし、特に夜はそこまで混まないようなので、予約して夜の訪問がいいかもしれません。
