マイペースに百名店を巡る日々。浅草エリアは洋食の名店が多いですが、その中でも一番気になっていたグラシアさんへ。
四日市トンテキが有名らしく、どういう料理を四日市トンテキと呼ぶのか調べてみると『分厚い豚肉をニンニクと一緒に濃い目のたれでソテーし、たっぷりの千切りキャベツをそえた料理』との事。もう食べる前から絶対美味しいの確定ね。
12時少し前に行くと並んではいなかったもののギリギリ座れました。勿論四日市トンテキを注文。キッチンが店主、ホールが女性の2人で切り盛りしていますがこのお二人の接客がとにかく素敵でした。気さくに色んなお客さんと会話していて一人で来た私にも優しくして下さりました。
そして肝心のトンテキですが、今まで食べてきたトンテキの概念が覆ります！！多分豚も良い銘柄を使ってるんでしょうが、火入れが絶妙でめちゃくちゃ柔らかくて美味しいんです。脂もしつこくないし、ソースもしっかり濃いめなのにくどくなくて最後まで食べ飽きません。
ご飯、味噌汁、キャベツはおかわり無料なのも良いですね。
味もさる事ながら接客もすごく良かったのでここは自信を持って人にお勧めできます。またいつか再訪したいです。
