平日の13時頃にお伺いしました。
先客は2組でした。
特製豚白湯ラーメン 1200円を券売機でプチっと。
３種類のチャーシューと燻製たまご、メンマ、九条ネギ、ワンタンが載ってます。
豚の白湯は初めていただきました。
トンコツスープとは違いますね。
匂いもないしクリーミーで初めての味わい。
燻製卵が素晴らしく美味しかった。チャーシューも燻製感があったような。
麺は全粒粉で全てに拘りがあり、
ご馳走様でした(*^^*)
