A David Hockney exhibition will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo in July 2023. He is famous as a contemporary artist, and it is surprising that he is still active at the age of 85.・ He was known for making use of the latest equipment that appeared in each era, and when the Polaroid camera came out, he divided the landscape into sections, photographed them, and stitched them together to express Cubism.・ Recently, he has been making full use of the iPad to create his works. So today's dinner is #kushidragon.・My favorite thing to do once a week is to have a drink in front of Kuramae on my way home from work. First of all, let's toast with #draft beer. First, #chanja and #macaroni corned beef arrived in about 5 minutes.・ The creamy and sticky #macaroni salad is a great accompaniment to alcohol, with the saltiness of the #corned beef and the accent of #pepper.・The next spicy and textured Jangja goes well with #beer. It was strange that the appetizer #cabbage came after that.・It's best served with salt sauce. Next is Oita's famous chicken tempura, which is served dipped in tsuyu. It has a delicious crispy and light texture.・The #Jim Beam Highball was also refreshing, and I was able to enjoy it even though I'm usually a beer fan. Just when I forgot, #meattofu also arrived.・It was quite different from what I had imagined, but the meat was soft and gentle, making it a delicious dish. At this point I was pretty full.・Now that I think about it, this restaurant is famous for its Fried Skewers, but I didn't order any. Next time, I would like to order Fried Skewers as a main dish.
