After visiting Asakusa Shrine, we had lunch at SALVATORE CUOMO & BAR Asakusa. I had the "Lunch Buffet (90 minutes) 2300 yen". I've been to "SALVATORE CUOMO & BAR" in Ikebukuro several times, but this was my first time in Asakusa. In Ikebukuro, you could eat all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza, but here you could choose one main dish such as pizza, pasta, or Steak, and then get all-you-can-eat appetizers, salads, soups, desserts, and drinks. (I haven't been there recently, so maybe the system has changed?) Since there were two of us, we each ordered ``shrimp and smoked pork with sake lees cream sauce'' and ``slow-cooked beef cheek with meat sauce'' and shared them. The ``Shrimp and Iburigakko sake lees cream sauce'' was especially delicious. The combination of Iburigakko and shrimp matched very well, and I thought the texture of Iburigakko was interesting and a nice idea (the pizza dough was also chewy and of high quality).The appetizers, salad, and soup were also perfectly delicious. . The fritters, which were similar to fried seaweed, were especially delicious and I was full before the main dish arrived. The pound cake for dessert was also moist and delicious.
