初訪問
口コミで油そばが旨いと流れていたので
何回かお店に行ったが
平日でもお休みが多いようで
3回目にようやく入れた
別な日はおにぎり屋としても
やっているのか?詳細は不明だ
ただ夜は居酒屋で営業しているようだ
店内はテーブル席がいくつかあり6卓くらい
相席はしてないようだ
一人のお客さんでも四人テーブルを
利用していた
満席だったので10分ほど待って
席に着いた
本日頂いたのは
⚫鶏油蕎麦 800円
トッピングはネギと海苔
海苔は細かくカットされた海苔だった
提供は結構時間がかかって
15分ちょっとだった
蕎麦は太麺で魚粉入り
麺の下にチャーシューとメンマが
埋まっていた
一口食べるとしっかりした味付けで
濃い目のスープだ
角切りのチャーシューやメンマも
いいアクセントになった
ネギは入れて正解だった
海苔はいらないかも
若い方はちょい飯は必要だと思う
他のお客さんは
油蕎麦より塩ラーメンを注文していた方が
多かった
13時くらいなら
待たずに入れると思う
店内女性一人体制だった
