料理・ドリンクの評価：
ハタハタの南蛮漬け：味付け良く、中々美味しい。
水餃子：チルドと思われる餃子で、やや残念。
鶏ササミ：とても弾力があり、食感がかなり良い。大きさも十分で食べ応えのあるササミであった。そのままでも美味しいが、梅肉を乗せるとサッパリ食べれて良い。
鶏皮：パリッとした中にクニャッっとした食感。個人的にはもう少し焼いてある方が好みであった。
豚バラ：アラカルトにも無く、鶏肉一択だと思っていたので嬉しい。バラにしては比較的脂分が少ないが、豚肉の旨味と脂の甘さが感じられ、自分の好みとも合って美味しい。
せせり：程良い弾力と脂の香り良く、美味しかった。
ハツ：絶妙な火入れでプリッとした食感が楽しめた。
混ぜそば：麺は全粒粉を使用している細めのストレート麺。醤油ダレがかかってない部分を口に含むと小麦の香りと共に甘味も感じられて美味しい。醤油ダレはシンプルな旨味とを感じられたのは良かったが、細麺であるためタレが絡み、塩味がより強く感じた。このタレには中太麺か太麺が合っていると思った。
ドリンク：種類も豊富で良い。注文から提供までの時間も短く良い。
基本的に料理は丁寧にされており、好感が持てる。
一品はアラカルトのメニューから来るかと思ったがそうではないのは、やや残念。食事1品も普通に混ぜそば一杯でボリュームがあるのは嬉しいが、自分にはやや多い。
ドリンクもリーズナブルな値段で、串も好きなものを選べるため、コースでなくアラカルトで注文しても良いと思った。
店内・サービスなどの評価：
内装は黒を基調としておりシンプル。
清掃もきちんとされており、清潔感がある。
接客も良く、気持ち良く食事ができた。
客同士の会話も弾んでいて、下町のアットホームな良い雰囲気も感じられる。個人的には好きだが、苦手な人は苦手かもしれない。
なお、喫煙可の店のため、苦手な人は注意が必要。
再訪：
CP良く、料理も美味しい、雰囲気も好きなため、また来たいと思う。
