貝の類の風味に目がない私、
そんな私の前に、貝のラーメンなる情報があったら行かざるを得ません。
というわけで、遅いランチに訪問。
店内は一人客が3人、
「お好きな席にどうぞ、、、」と店員に言われて、
単純に一番奥に行こうとしたら、
カウンターだけの店ながら、一番奥は2人客要とのこと。
（一見さんで、やっちまった、、、、、）
と思いましたが、このわたくしの行動。
私の後に入ってきた3名ほども同じ行動だったので、
私だけがおかしかったわけではないと一安心。
肝心の、拉麺については、
一口目から、貝とわかる苦みと旨味と塩味。
それが相まって口に広がってきます。
そして鼻に抜けていきます。
麺はこの手のスープのお店にしては珍しく
太目の縮れ麺で、かなり主張してきますが、縮れ麺に貝スープがまとわり、
ピン芸人ではなくコンビ芸人で１＋１が３になる。
そんなコラボに感じました。
このラーメンの感じで、煮干しのつけ麺があるとのこと。
この貝スープの味を出すラーメン屋さんの煮干し、、、、気になります。
次回、、、、どちらにしようか。今から迷います。
