昨日の夕食は蔵前にある『らーめん改』さんに行きました。
ラーメンで百名店になっているお店です（写真１）。
入店したのは18時半頃。土曜の夜にもかかわらず、人は半分くらいしか入っていませんでした。
入り口の左手にある食券機で食券を買うシステム（現金のみ）。
”貝塩ラーメン（¥1,200）”を購入しました。
お店の人が食券機のそばまでやってきて食券を受け取ってくれました。
カウンター席に着いて5〜7分ほど。カウンター越しに提供されました（写真２）。
お味のほどは海鮮系のお出汁の豊かさが感じられる味で、薄めのあっさり味。
麺は太めのちぢれ麺で、柔らかめでした。
手間ひまと相応のクオリティーは感じられました。特にゆで卵は手間をかけてる感じ。
美味しかったですが、百名店かと問われれば、賛否両論かも。
スープ以外の特徴は薄いです。
