GWにも関わらず？GWだから？列無しの、ストレートイン。かな～り年月をおいての訪問
ここは多分2回目？前回と同じ貝塩をオーダー、麺硬は無いとのこと。beerはやめときます。
隣のインバウンド客はマナー悪し。
スープは貝類の香りがfirst attackから支配してます。麺は厚め平打ち縮れでスープが絡んでいると言うのか？スープの味がかなり感じる麺です。
チャーシューは低温調理かな、スープが邪魔せず、スープの塩加減が良い感じ。ワカメは良いアクセントで貝類スープと良く合います。筍は穂先にしてはかなり歯応えあり。
三つ葉？かなこれもアクセントと見た目を美しくかな。
貝全面の貝塩ラーメン美味しくいただきました。
