【到着・待ち時間】
日曜日の11:30に到着。前には5人の人が。
蔵前自体が日曜お休みの街なので、日曜は逆に空いている気がします。
11:50に入店。
【味の感想】
三つ葉が散らされた塩スープ。三つ葉の味が結構します。麺は自家製のちぢれ麺で、スープが絡みつきます。
結構さっぱりとしたラーメンで、ガッツリとしたラーメンが食べたい時には煮干しの方を頼むと良いと思います。
連れが煮干しを食べていたので、食べさせてもらったのですが、煮干しの味と塩味が強かったです。塩味はもう少し落としてくれても良いかなぁ…ガッツリラーメンって感じで好きな人も多いと思います。
近くにあったら行きたくなるラーメンでした。ご馳走様です。
