貝ラーメンのお店みたいです。
別のお店が完売閉店だったので、急遽事前情報なく伺いました。
貝出汁ラーメンは好きですが、ここは貝のインパクトは控えめ。
手もみ麺の食感と、あっさりしていながらどこか味わい深いスープがマッチしてる。
週末に何度か前を通ったことありますが、いつも行列です。この日は平日かつ夜だったので並びなく入店できました。
