✳︎手打ちそば さかき@浅草橋
大人の週末に掲載されており、気になっていたお店。開店とほぼ同時に入店し、ほどなくずっと満席でした。
私は牡蠣南蛮そばをいただきました。
生食用という牡蠣が大きくてびっくり！
ぷりぷりで四つも入っていました。
蕎麦はしっかりそばの香りがする柔らかい麺でした。
ネギたっぷり、あおさ海苔の香りもとても良いですね。
つゆが美味しくてたくさん飲んでしまいました。
七味も良く合い、満足感いっぱいでした。
