たまには新しいお店を開拓しようと奥様と柳橋エリアに出没。
今年の6月にオープンして気になっていた此方の前を通ったら、手軽な感じの雰囲気なのと強炭酸ビームハイボールが199円という看板に誘われて入ってみました。
キャンペーン中とのことでファーストドリンクサービス。奥様は強炭酸ビームハイボール、オイラはプレモルの生ビールをオーダー。
コレだけでも気分が盛り上がります。
店内は華美な装飾はありませんが清潔感があり、中国系のスタッフは慣れないながらも一生懸命さなのに心が打たれました。
この日のオーダーはこんな感じです。
○サガリ（横隔膜赤身）@180円
珍しいなと思い塩でお願いしました。普通のハラミより若干あっさりしていて柔らかな食感で気に入りました。
○うずら卵 @150円
我が家の定番。チョイと焼きを失敗して崩れてますが気にしません。
○なんこつ @200円
オイラの大好物は味は普通に良し。
但し、エリアの同業他店と比較すると高いです。
○てっぽう（大腸）@150円
タレでお願いしましたが、醤油ダレとの事で普通の焼鳥&もつ焼き屋さんのタレとはかけ離れてます。
あっさりしてて悪くないんだけど、タレだけは新店の哀しさかもしれませんね。
○プチトマト肉巻 @220円
プチトマトの酸味と焼かれたことによる甘みが、ジューシーな豚バラ肉と合わさり旨いです。
○牛センマイ刺し 420円
白センマイの刺身を塩ダレで揉み込んだものです。これはこれで悪くないけど、普通の黒いのを酢味噌で食べる方が好き。
○旨辛よだれ鶏 580円
う〜んよだれ鶏ぽくないです。
辛くなくてサラダの中華ドレッシング味な感じ。
コレは好みではないです。
もつ焼きは初めに大きめの長皿に盛られて提供され、追加の串もその皿に置かれる。
串焼きからでる肉汁で追加された串焼きも味が混じってしまうので別皿で提供して欲しいかな。
ただ、皿に添えられた刻み生姜を練り込んだ店長特製の辛味噌はかなり旨いです。
まだまだ改善する余地はあるとは思いますが、期待したい新店でした。
