お店が多いイメージが強い。。。

ここは本当に良かった。

リニューアルオープンしたお店です。

食材も料理もどれも
考えられてて美味い!

アヒージョを相当食べてきたけど
今までで1、2位を争う!
油断して食べたら本当に
美味し過ぎて焦った、、!

First of all, in conclusion, it is a restaurant that can be called a "hideout" that quietly "exists" in a backstreet like this, but I think it's wonderful that it has overcome the coronavirus pandemic and celebrated its 5th anniversary, even if its Tabelog score is low. I think there's a reason why it's such a popular restaurant, such as the extremely high Google Maps ratings and the many good comments. . Compared to when I came here about six months ago, the interior has been stylishly renovated, and the menu has been updated in various ways to make it even more powerful! There is a wide variety of ``dashi''-based menu items, especially right in front of the counter! A certain "summer oden". This Oden is one of the most popular even in summer, and the contents change in various ways, so you can enjoy the platter of the day. The next popular menu item is ``Low-Cooked Wagyu Beef Liver Sashimi'', which you should definitely order. It's safe and secure because it's cooked at a low temperature, and it's great that they only use Wagyu beef purchased on the same day. It was surprisingly delicious. The liver sashimi also uses a homemade sauce with dashi stock, and the potato salad and potato chips are also made with dashi soup, making it an addictive dish that you won't be able to stop eating with your chopsticks.
