北海道出身の友人に連れられて初訪問した同店は、想像以上に北海道愛・帯広愛に満ちた「美味しくて」「ホスピタリティに富んだ」お店なのでした。(^^)
浅草橋駅を降りて、路地へ路地へと進むと一瞬にして下町情緒に。私自身、祖父母の家が台東区にあった事もあり、また大人になってから数年浅草に住んでいた事からも馴染みのある光景。
店名の正確な意味は聞けませんでしたが、「わやだべや」、、、
「凄いよねー！」「すげ〜だろ〜」と言った感じなんでしょうか。1階はカウンター席、3階はスポーツ観戦席、そして2階は黒板にチョークアートが施してある北海道愛席。（現在は駒大苫小牧時代のマーくん）
お店の色々なところから、北海道・帯広の凄さを知って欲しいとの気持ちが伺えます。
前置きはともかく、料理は出来るだけ道産食材を使用する事に拘り、今回注文したもの全てがアレンジに富んでいて美味しい！
【注文した料理】
・豚のみそ煮込み（650円）
帯広産の希少豚と厳選した大豆・
糀を使用した味噌が相まった
素朴な旨味を感じる逸品。
・米なすグラタン（750円）
ソースのベースは見当つきません
でしたが、大きな米なすとナチュラル
チーズ（確かモッツァレラ）の
相性が素晴らしい！
・ラーメンサラダ（650円）
北海道の居酒屋定番メニュー！
・明太子アヒージョ バケット付（950円）
道産タラコから作る明太子をオリーブ
オイルにダイブさせた逸品。
明太子に火が通る前にワインと頂き
たい。(^^)
・豚丼のアタマ（750円）
帯広でのメジャーグルメ「豚丼」
こちらも柔らかく脂と赤身のバランス
が良い希少豚を使用。
見た目は脂っこそうだが、さっぱり
した旨味を感じる逸品。
・ツブ貝のソテー（600円）
大きめなツブ貝をもやし等と旨味
タレで炒めました。ツブ貝のコリコリ
食感ともやしのシャキシャキ食感が
面白い。
私自身、最近は東京西側を主な食べ歩きの活動範囲となっていますが、こんな良いお店に出会ったからには、ちょくちょく足を伸ばしたいと思うのでした。
