「焼肉とどろき」は、浅草橋、渋谷神泉、池袋に展開するお肉を1枚単位で注文できる焼肉屋です。
この日は、平日の19時30分に予約して1人で訪れました。
店内は、赤を基調としたカジュアルな雰囲気。客席は、カウンターと4人〜6人掛けのテーブル席が4卓あります。
平日でしたが、満席状態だったので、訪れる際は、予約をすることをオススメします。
焼肉のメニューには、名物のリブマキのファイヤーステーキをはじめ、厚切りタン、和牛ハラミ、カルビ、ロースなど20種類ほど用意されています。
また、飲み放題がセットになったコースも3種類ほどあります。

「特製ユッケ炙り」は、分厚くカットされたお肉に、甘いユッケダレがいい感じに絡んで美味しかったです。
マンゴーカットされた「名物厚切タン」は、店員さんが焼き上げてくれます。
歯切れの良い”サクサク”とした食感と口いっぱいに広がるタンの旨味を堪能できました。
「和牛上ハラミ」は、脂の香りが良く、繊維もほどけやすい一品で美味しかったです。
「厚切りのハツ」は、”コリコリ”とした食感と淡白でサッパリした味を楽しむことができました。
また、焼肉のタレは、お肉に合わせて使い分ける「辛味噌ダレ」、ニンニクが効いた「ゴマ油の塩ダレ」、甘みのある「特製フルーツダレ」の3種類があります。
店員さんは、オススメの料理を丁寧に教えてくれるなど好感の持てる接客をされていました。
