I wanted to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) after work in Asakusabashi, so I made a reservation at this restaurant. I'm glad that it's a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that only sells one piece of meat. I haven't been able to eat a lot of meat lately, so I've been waiting for a restaurant like this. LOL The location is about 1 minute walk from Asakusabashi Station. It's a roadside store so it's easy to find. It was like a dream to be able to order as much meat as I wanted. If you try it and it's delicious, you can order more ♪ First, I ordered a fresh pink grapefruit high for toast. My friend ordered nectar peach juice as a soft drink. It was an alcoholic drink that looked cute and tasted delicious! Ordering is done by scanning a QR code on your smartphone, so you don't have to call the store clerk, and the fact that it's contactless is also a plus. All the dishes I ordered were delicious and I was impressed, so I will write them down instead of notes. ▫️Raw Kimchi Special crunchy and juicy kimchi. The platter includes three types of kimchi: radish kimchi, oyster kimchi, and Chinese cabbage kimchi. ▫️The famous tongue is 2 thickly sliced 60g pieces. Thick and soft. Squeeze the lemon for a refreshing taste. I can see why it's the most popular. 3 types: homemade fruit sauce, sesame oil, salt, garlic, and spicy miso sauce. We ordered 2 pieces each of lean top loin, Wagyu top skirt steak, lean fillet surami, and pork ribs. I was also happy that they taught me how to eat each dish with their recommended sauces. Order the famous fire Steak! ! The menu included a fun performance where the staff flambéed the food at your seat. I made a fire Steak with 150g of lean chateaubriand. Although it is very thick, it is a tender Steak with a fine texture. For those who want to enjoy juiciness, we recommend this meat. The fruity aroma of the flambéed apples matched the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce and was very delicious. ▫️Ordered the assorted hormones. Upper Hormone, Upper Mino, Gopchang, etc. Everything was delicious, and with normal hormones, I wouldn't know when to swallow and would keep chewing, but that wasn't the case! ▫️Order the stone-grilled bibimbap to finish! I was happy that the staff mixed the ingredients right in front of me and made the scorched rice perfectly. There are plenty of ingredients such as namul, and the seasoning is exquisite. It was very delicious! I thought it was a wonderful restaurant with great hospitality. Their service spirit shined through, as they lowered the plates without me having to ask, and even though ordering was done without contact, they frequently came to check on the table. I want to go again.
