地下鉄浅草駅A2a出口より徒歩約3分、隅田川沿い路地のビルB1Fにあるお店
「ALL WRIGHT sake place(オールライト サケプレイス）」。
10月上旬のお昼過ぎに初めて訪れました。
こちら木花之醸造所併設のカフェ＆バル。店名の通り、主にビールや日本酒などを楽しめるお店のようです。
お洒落な店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、ソファ席が全30席の広さ。立呑みスペースもありますね。
私はカウンター席一番端の席へと案内されました。
お店はお若い男性3人で切り盛りされておりました。
席に着くとお店の方が自家醸造のどぶろくを薦めてくれました。
それではと
「ハナグモリthe酸(五勺 90 ml)」(550円)
を注文しました。
つまみは卓上のメニューの中で８種の酒の肴の中からお好きな物を少しずつ３種選べる
「おつまみ三点盛り」(740円)
を注文です。
「ハナグモリthe酸」は3種類あるハナグモリの中から自分は辛口の
お酒が好きと言ったらお店の方がこれを選んでくれました。
一口グビリ。う〜ん、キンキンに冷えていて美味しいですね (>_<) ｳﾏｯ
お味はどぶろく特有な濃厚な旨味と甘酒のような甘味があるのですが、
何よりも後味スッキリで炭酸ソーダのような爽やかでキレがあるのが
印象的などぶろくでした。
「おつまみ三点盛り」でこの日選んだのは以下の３種です。
・自家製なめ茸
・自家製イカの塩辛
・漬けマグロの山かけ
どれもお酒の肴に最高！一人だと沢山は食べれないので色んな種類の
肴が少しずつ楽しめるこのメニューは良いですね。
続いてどぶろくは新商品「ホップ酒(グラス 90ml)」(550円)をチョイス。
こちらはビールのホップを添加したどぶろくだそうです。
確かに先程のどぶろくと比べて、度数は同じ12度ながらライトな呑み口です。
酒粕のザラザラした舌触りが強めでこれがまたいい感じ。
このどぶろくが気に入ったのでボトル(2300円)を呑むことにしました。
すると、「ボトル注文のお客さんは最初は振らずに上澄みをお楽しみ下さい」との事。
早速いただいてみるとキリッとした濃厚でありながら後味スッキリな美味しいお味でした。
ちなみに一杯上澄みをグラスに注ぐと、ボトル内は発泡なのか自然対流なのか酒粕と
直ぐに混ざってしまいました。なるほど、上澄みが呑めるのは貴重なんですね。
程なくボトルも空き、ホロ酔い気分でお勘定しました。
偶にどぶろくをたっぷり味わうのも良いもんでした。また訪れたいと思います。
