蔵前で見つけた隅田川沿いにあるお洒落なカフェ☕️
今回はパスタにドリンクとサラダがセットになったセットメニューとスイーツを楽しんできました
パスタからは丸々としたハンバーグが乗ったそそる見た目の『ハンバーグ乗せボロネーゼ』を選択
パスタには浅草開化桜のパスタ麺を使用しており、まぜそばのような中太麺でコシがありもっちもち食感✨
程良いミディアムレアに焼き上げられたハンバーグを崩して、ボロネーゼと混ぜ合わせて食べるスタイル！
ゴロゴロとした荒さを残すことで、ソースの挽肉と合わさり肉肉しさ抜群のボロネーゼを楽しめました( ´ ▽ ` )
食後にはランチセットで頼んだアイスカフェラテと共にほうじ茶のバスクチーズケーキを
クリームチーズの塩気を感じる甘塩っぱさに、ほうじ茶の香ばしい香りと味わいがしっかり！
スッとフォークが入る滑らかな口溶けがまた堪らない美味しさでした
白を基調とした壁に木目調のテーブルが映える北欧風の店内がお洒落✨
今回は暑かったから室内のテーブル席にしたけど、天気が良い日はパラソルのある開放感抜群のテラス席で楽しむのも素敵✨
隅田川とスカイツリーを眺めながらカフェランチを楽しめる素敵なお店でした( ´ ▽ ` )
