【鉄板焼き ステーキ ぼんて】
・東京 : 浅草橋駅から徒歩約1分
昨年の11/7に浅草橋にオープンしたばかりの一流鉄板焼き屋「鉄板焼き ステーキ ぼんて」さんへ。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内にある完全個室カウンターにて「厳選旬コース」を注文しましたが、旬の鉄板焼き料理からお料理にピッタリの各ワインまで素晴らしく美味しい(゜ρ゜)
鉄板焼きに使用する油はグレープシードオイルのようで素材の風味を損なわないですし、他の油よりかなりさっぱりしており全然しつこくなかったので最後まで軽く召し上がれました★☆
そして厳選素材の提供内容から考えるとコストパフォーマンスや接客までハイレベルでしたし、浅草橋周辺の鉄板焼き屋さんならぼんてさんで間違いないと思います！！
