1ヶ月待ちの予約でようやく来店！
週末ですが開店の15時予約だったので5分前に向かうと既に行列が…！
開店すると予約を確認してスタッフさんが手際よく席に案内してくれます。
できれば注文は早めにとのことで予約時に取り置きしていない焼きユッケ、特上ロース、チャンジャ、サンチュ、牛すじスープなどを注文。
テーブルには始めから小皿に3種のタレがあり、梅ソースはバターがおそらく入っていてさっぱりの中にコクがありお肉に合います。
普通のタレは甘めですがさっぱりお肉の味を引き立てます。おろしソースはポン酢のようなさっぱり味でリセット出来るので箸が進みます。
続々とお肉が運ばれてきます！
予約は特上ヒレ、特上タン、特上ランプ、特上ハラミでどれも綺麗なサシが入っておりヒレはほぼステーキの厚みです！！
楽しみだった焼きユッケは自己責任で軽く焼いて食べると甘みとお肉の旨みが…！
ヒレは厚みが嘘のように口の中でとろけます！
どのお肉も見た目はしっかりサシが入っていますが、胃もたれせずに食べることができました！
サンチュはみずみずしく、キムチは辛さと旨味がちょうど良かった。
スープはお肉がゴロゴロ入っていてコスパ良過ぎでした！
卵を頼んで、ランプやロースをすき焼き風にいただくのも大変おいしかったです！！
途中も注文は可能ですが時間制なので早めに頼んで焼きながらもくもくと食べるのがおすすめです笑
本当に美味しく特上ばかり頼んでこのコスパは素晴らしいです！
1ヶ月待ちでもまた行きたいお店！！！
