加齢とともにあんまり肉を食べたくなくなって久しいですが、
「牛ホルモン鍋定食」というメニューに惹かれてぶらり入店。
静かな店内で、女将さんの手際も感じもいい接客が心地よい。
もつ鍋的を期待して頼んだ掲題ですが、これは煮込みですね。
ただ濃厚に煮込まれてて、かなりのボリュームがありました。
小鉢はもやしとタケノコでほっこり、十穀米もうれしいです。
なんというか、日式コリアン？的な感じで、満足できました。
