Although it is described as a Steak restaurant, there is only one Steak, and there are so many delicious ingredients available. My best dish is thick slices of pelican bread, brushed with butter, fried in a frying pan, and topped with caviar! Matsutake mushrooms and ginkgo nuts are also available, making it a great start to autumn. The salad with the tomato side dish was even more delicious, and there was no cutting corners. Steak was fairly average. The fried rice made with generous amounts of abalone is exquisite. Perhaps because of my compliments, I received Pelican bread as a souvenir. The store, which is visited by celebrities from various industries, has a lingering scent of the good old days.
