ぷりっぷりのゲソ天そば

久しぶりの訪問。
13時過ぎはお客さんも少なく落ち着いて食事ができました。

・ゲソ天そば　470円
・トッピング春菊　110円

揚げたての天ぷらが美味。麺も私好みの茹で加減で最高。
とても美味しくいただきました。

コロナ禍ではどうなることかと思いましたが元気に再開していてくれてうれしかったです。

久しぶりのげそ天そば

かなり久々の山田屋さんです。
元気に営業中で嬉しいです。
若い女性の店員さんも仲間入りして、なかなか活気付いていました。

げそ天そばに春菊天も投入。
春菊は思いの外大きいです(笑)
げそはごん太の足！！食べ応え抜群です。

スープの味が少々濃くなったような…
それから回転良くするためか、麺を茹でて置いておくようで、少しコシがなく伸びているような…
あくまで私の個人的な感想です。

トータル的な感想は、懐かしくて美味しかった(^-^)
