東京・入谷にある町中華・洋食のお店「ふじ」。
こちらは中華と洋食ひとつの店舗でどっちもたのしめちゃうお店。
かなり年季の入ったカウンターの店内。
聞いたら66年続いてるんだとか。
2名の男性が料理を作り、サービスは女性店員さん一名。
当然メニューの数もかなり多く、ピーマン定食、肉 天ぷらなど絶妙に気になるメニューもちらほら。
・オムライス 700円
オムライスの他に大根、お新香、スープ。
おーこれこれ。
いまどきの半熟系ではなく、しっかり火入れされた玉子に真っ赤なケチャップ。
中華もやってるので中華スープだ。味噌汁の器にレンゲがシュールです。
チキンライスかと思いきや、豚肉だ。
玉子は薄く、水分気の多めのケチャップライスの味はしっかり濃いめ。
大きめにカットされた玉ねぎもシャキッと食感アクセントに。
だいぶ満腹になります。これで700円って、もっと値上げしてもいいと思う。ごちそうさまでした。
