On Saturday afternoon, I visited Hiragen near Iriya Station. We arrived after 13:00, and there were no customers ahead of us, and only 4 groups of customers behind us. It's a very popular store. Today, we have: - Upper rib set meal (¥1580) Comes with rice, soup, salad, kimchi, and namul.There was also a rib set meal for ¥1180, but today I felt like going a little more luxurious. The food is served quite quickly, arriving within 2-3 minutes. On top of this, Kalbi has a really good visual. I have a great sense of anticipation. It's a veggie-first meal, so you'll have the salad first. The dressing is also delicious. Then grill the short ribs. This restaurant uses a type of charcoal grill that heats up with a burner from below. I'm looking forward to the look. There are 6 pieces of upper ribs. Place two pieces at a time on the net. Since the marbling has a lot of fat, it will catch on the charcoal and cause quite a fire, so give it quickly. Served with sauce on the table. The meat melted in my mouth. It's been a long time since I ate such delicious ribs. It's been a while since I had melting meat. The sauce is sweet, but so is the fat in the meat. I guess this is what happened...The food that came with it was also top notch. (Personal preference) Cook to a firm consistency. Each grain is shiny. There is rice that goes well with Ramen rice, but I realized that there is a rice that goes well with Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meals. It's exquisite.
