東京メトロ日比谷線 入谷駅(出入口1) 徒歩5分のところに位置する、東京で唯一のペリペリチキン専門店『ファイヤーチキン』さん。
看板メニューの「ペリペリチキン」は、オリジナルソースを何度も塗りながら直火焼きで調理したチキンは、香ばしくジューシーとのこと。デリバリーで利用してみました。
『ペリペリチキンライスプレート 1,390円』をいただきました。味付けは「マイルド」で。
デリバリーで作りたてではないので皮目はそこまでペリペリ、パリパリをキープできていません。でも身も皮も柔らかで旨い。私の注文した「マイルド」ほ、シンプルな味付けが美味しい。
ご飯は黄色いターメリックライス？です。色がついているだけでなんだか華やかな雰囲気。
パリパリチキンの味付けは、他にスパイスやハニーなどあってバリエーション豊富。でも私はこのシンプルな味付けで正解でした。野菜のドレッシンが柔らかくって美味しい。お弁当箱の中でサラダのドレッシングがまたチキンに絡んで美味しくなりました。
