Instagramでどんどん人気が出てる
こちらのお店。
予約が取れなくなる前に早く行こうと
予約をして行ってきました。
カウンター6席、奥の方にテーブル席
(カウンターからはテーブルが確認出来ませんでした)
がありました。
餃子を目当てに来てるのでドリンクはビールかな？
と思い、メニューをみたら、ヒューガルデンと
キリンラガーとアサヒのクラフトビールがありました。
ヒューガルデン！！
点心のお店でヒューガルデンってオシャレ✨
女性が1人で食べに来れるお店をコンセプトに
されてるだけあって、餃子も1皿2個と
とってもありがたい量。
餃子の味もガツンとした町中華の味に比べると
とても優しい味でした。
個人的にはふきのとうの春巻きと
ジャージャー麺がとっても美味しかったです！
ふきのとうの苦味が他の具材とのバランスで
旨味に変わっていて、とてもバランスのいい味！
ジャージャー麺も味噌の甘さのバランスがとっても
良かったです！
後はカウンターに座ったからというのもあると
思うんですけど、よく見てくれてるありがたさ！
水がないことに気づいてくれたり、
他に困ってることに気づいてくれて
サッとサーブしてくれました。
今の時代、美味しくないお店って
あまりないと思うんですけど
こういう温かなサービスのお店って
意外と少なかったりするなと思っていて。
お兄さん2人のサービスが心地よく
お料理もおいしく
また明日も食べに行きたい素敵な
お店でした。
