中国式のお粥や薬膳スパイスのお料理が美味しいお店です。
中国のお粥は、日本のお粥とは違って、
少量の油を加えた湯で生米から煮込みます。
形が崩れるほどじっくりと煮込んで、
旨味を引き出した...
お店の雰囲気、全て良し！
最後のお粥が 微妙でした。
私は雑穀米のお粥を選んでしまったので、
付け添えの生魚が又微妙なところでした。
すべてが美味しくて、良く考えられたメニューでした。
四季ごとに伺いたいお店です！
健康的！ガッツリじゃないのに、満腹になれます。
店内もおしゃれだけど落ち着く感じ。店員さんも感じが良くて寛げました。
