前回、1番メニュー数の多いHENGENコースを頂き、今回は健美粥コースにしました。
(毎回そんなに贅沢はできないので...)
毎回3種類から選べるお粥が絶品で、付け合わせとどんなバランスで食べ進めるかも小さな楽しみでした。
食材の使い方もとても魅力的で、毎回感動するばかり。目と鼻で感じ、しかし口に入れると想像を超えた味わいを楽しませてくれる料理の数々。
五感で感じることができるすべてを満足させてくれるようなお店でしたので、閉店はとても残念ですが、仕方ありません。
