H27.2 初訪問
蕎麦を食べに日暮里に。
ゆ先日の川むらとともにブックマークしていたお店へ。
北口から出て東口に降りたってすぐ。
お店は地下に。
すぐ近くに支店の遠山がありますが、やはり本店にいこうと思って。
土曜日の昼過ぎくらい
半分くらいの客入り
日本酒や焼酎、それに酒の肴も充実しており、 ひとしきり楽しんでからの蕎麦、というのがいいお店。
次も考えていたのでとりあえず蕎麦だけにしましたが、駅の反対側の川むらのような雰囲気を感じます。
初めての店は天せいろで、といくことが多いですが、季節のオススメ欄の「とお山つけ汁」という店名を冠した蕎麦を見つけました。
どうやら温かいつけ汁の、いわゆる鴨せいろスタイル。
それにしよう。
お、まてまて、蕎麦にも種類があって、田舎や変わり蕎麦があるぞ。
それを一枚づつ頂ける２色や３色というせいろがあるな。
とお山つけ汁でも２色にできますかー？？？
おっけー♪
てことでとお山つけ汁の田舎と普通の２色せいろで！
程なくして到着
まずは普通の蕎麦が到着
そのまま頂くと、香り少な目、コシ強め。
よーーく噛むと甘みが広がっていきます。
つけ汁には細かい鴨肉とワカメ、揚げ餅が入ってます。
濃いめ味なので蕎麦の風味は消えてしまいますが、味は上々。
田舎蕎麦の到着。
茶色で太麺。
こちらもイマイチ香りがしません。
コシがすごい。というか硬めの仕上がり。
このつけ汁にはこちらの方が合いそうだ。
このあと喫煙者が座敷の方に来たので撤収。
総じて、蕎麦だけではそれほど魅力は感じなかったなぁ。
やはり飲める蕎麦屋は飲まねば伝わらないかもしれない。
さて、久しぶりにやざ和でもいくかぁ。
