中東料理が食べたいなと思い、
都内で検索して、こちらを見つけました。
最寄り駅は日暮里と表示されますが、
谷中銀座の坂の上のお店というほうが
イメージがわくかもしれません。
11時半前の入店です。
店内は入ってすぐに、皿や小物、調味料、乾物などが陳列され、
奥の広間が飲食コーナーです。
テーブルはなく、床に板を置いてテーブル代わりにして、
床に座って食べます。
最初は20人弱で、昼が近づくにつれ、お客が増えて
30人強で満席となりました。
後のお客さんは商品を見ながら席が空くのを待ちます。
席に着く時は、席利用は30分と言われましたが、
提供までに20分近くかかり、時間制限は厳密ではないようです。
食べ終えたら、すぐに出てね、という意味合いのようです。
ランチメニューは、日替わりも含め
10種類ぐらいあります。
周りの注文を聞いていると、贅沢セットとキョフタセットが
人気のようでした。
贅沢セットのメインは丸鶏のハーフです。
キョフタは中近東のハンバーグとのことです。
贅沢ランチは決まり。
キョフタとピラフで迷い、ピラフにしてシェア。
すぐに、紅茶がボトルで供され、
ジャムも提供されました。
提供までの間、店主が「やばいやばい」と言いながら
みんなの間を歩いて周り、
アーモンドを配ったり、じゃんけん大会をしたりと
飽きずに過ごすことができます。
逆に言うと、ゆっくりは過ごせません。

贅沢ランチ。
ハーフチキンはほろっと崩れるぐらいに
よく煮込まれている。
味付けは香辛料はほとんどなく、シンプル。
クセがなく食べやすい。
ピラフ。
いわゆるビリヤニ。
こちらもスパイスは控えめ。
内容から考えると、値段は恐ろしく安い。
