西日暮里駅から徒歩10分ほど、うなぎの名店に初めて行ってきました。
二階はちょっと狭いながら落ち着いた古民家風の個室。
スタッフさんの動きも機敏でお水やお茶のタイミングもバッチリです。
別注した、うなぎの白焼き蒲焼きの食べ比べは関西風で。
ボリューム的にも寂しく、食感もフワッと感がなく、こいつはちょっとミスチョイスでした。
うな丼は関東、関西をそれぞれ頼みましたが、ふわとろ食感で、個人的には関東風の圧勝でした。
うなぎ好きなら、コースよりもお重をメインに、ツマミを別注するのが良いと思います。
コース料理の一品一品が丁寧な造りで好感。
さすがは高評価な名店でした。
