日暮里の駅前の小さな蕎麦屋。
店内は洒落た内装で良い感じ。
丁寧な接客に感心しながら品書きをチェック。
寒い冬の日は鴨南蛮か牡蠣そばが良が脂っこいものの気分じゃなかったので牡蠣そばに。
牡蠣そば1,250円
春菊とゆずとたっぷりの牡蠣、彩りが素晴らしい。
薬味にネギと味噌が少し。
この味噌はお好みで少しだけ牡蠣の上にのせて食べてくださいとのこと。
早速汁を一口。
鰹節が強烈に香る。
ふんだんにとられた鰹出汁、これは素晴らしく旨い。
牡蠣は冷えた五臓六腑を暖めてくれる。
自家製という蕎麦も負けじと旨い。
こういう蕎麦屋はいつまでも町に一軒はあってほしい。
