2021年12月某日の11時過ぎに訪ねた。
日暮里駅から徒歩2分ほど。建物の2階に店舗がある居酒屋「夢船」。
それほど広くない店内には先客なし。
カウンター席に1人で座る。
ランチメニューは日替わりで1,000円のランチのみを提供しているようである。
10分ほど待って提供される。
刺身、焼魚、茶碗蒸し、小鉢料理、漬物、ご飯、味噌汁、果物の組み合わせ。
まずは刺身から食べてみる。小ぶりながら丁寧な仕事ぶりが伺える刺身盛り。イカの甘みが心地好い。鮪の質も高い。夜に持訪ねて刺身を味わってみたくなる。
焼魚は鯖。大根おろし、レモン、はじかみを添えてあるのが嬉しい。皮がパリッと焼かれて、良い塩梅でジューシーな焼鯖。ご飯のおかずにちょうど良い。
茶碗蒸しは和定食についてくると嬉しい。良い存在感。
小鉢に入ったなめ茸と漬物をご飯に合わせて楽しむ。ダシの効いた味噌汁を啜るとまたご飯がすすむ。
ちょっとずつ美味しいものが楽しめる和定食。最後は苺で〆る。
これで1,000円ならばお得感はある。この店が上質な居酒屋であることをランチによって知る。
程好い距離感の接客で居心地も悪くはない。次回は酒を飲みつつ、海鮮をつまみたい。
