東京•春•音楽祭、第8戦。
この日は1人だったので、さっとラーメンでも
食べて帰ろうかと。
インバウンドの観光客が大勢いる、上野界隈は
人が多い。少し寒い日だったので、生姜ラーメンの
文字面に惹かれ、人混みを避けて日暮里に移動。
開店直後。ほぼ待たずに席につけました。
生姜ラーメンに、煮卵とワンタンを追加。
煮卵はこの日のサービスメニューでただで追加。
丁寧でとても真っ当なスープです。鶏ガラが
メインでしょうか。とてもよくまとまった
好感の持てる醤油味です。
たっぷりめのスープに浮かんだ、煮卵、
チャーシューもとても美味しいです。
ただ生姜ラーメンという料理が、あまり私には
刺さりませんでした。美味しいですが、生姜を
加えることで、何か化学反応のようなものを
期待したのですが、割と想像通りの味わいでした。
こちらの期待の仕方がよくなかったのかも。
とてもよいスープだったので、今度は別のものを
試してみたいです。
