初訪問。13時過ぎでランチセットは売り切れてました。
特製生姜醤油ラーメンを食べました。
醤油味が濃い目で、生姜も多すぎの感じです。生姜は別皿で供する方が良いと思います。
チャーシューは柔らかく、とても美味しかったです。
麺は硬めでツルツル系の麺でした。青菜は水菜なので固めです。多分小松菜の方がラーメンとして完成度は上がると思いました。
椅子の横に荷物を入れるファイルケースの様な設備があって便利でした。
また、着席時に提供される水もレモンの香りがして好印象でした。
店も白木の清潔感のある印象でした。
